Ready-Made Products
Ready-made orders are prepared and delivered within 1–3 business days inside Kuwait.
Pre-Order Products
Some products are handmade or prepared upon request, so preparation and delivery may take between 2–3 weeks.
Workshops & Services
Pottery workshop bookings are confirmed once payment is completed.
Customers will be contacted to confirm the workshop date and location details.
Catering services are prepared according to the prior agreement and event schedule.
Preparation and delivery times may vary during busy seasons, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Exchange & Return Policy
Due to the nature of handmade and made-to-order products, exchange or return requests are only accepted in the following cases:
- Product arrives damaged or broken
- Wrong item received
- Clear defect in the product
Exchange & Return Conditions
You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Clear photos of the product and issue must be provided.
The product must be unused and in original condition.
Non-Returnable Products
- Pre-order items once production has started
- Used or damaged products after delivery
- Confirmed workshop bookings
- Handmade items with natural variations
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before preparation or shipping begins.
Once processing starts, cancellations or refunds are not possible.
Shipping Fees
Delivery fees are non-refundable except in cases of store error or damage.
