Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, failure to respond, refusal to accept delivery, or refusal to pay customs duties and taxes, the shipment may be returned to us. In such cases, shipping, return shipping, and any related fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Ceramic Products

All ceramic products are carefully packaged using protective materials suitable for both domestic and international shipping. However, ceramic items are inherently fragile and may be susceptible to damage during transit despite our best efforts.

Handmade Craftsmanship

Every piece at Mn Al Boutique is entirely handmade, making each creation truly one of a kind. While product photos are provided as a reference to the design, no two pieces will ever be exactly identical.

Variations in shape, color, texture, dimensions, details, and finish are an inherent part of the handmade process and may differ from the product images. These differences are not considered defects; rather, they reflect the authenticity, individuality, and artistic character of each piece.

Product Images and Colors

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and photography.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including their full name, address, phone number, and email address.

Customers are also responsible for ensuring that the purchased products are permitted for import into their country and comply with local laws and regulations.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are advised to inspect their shipment immediately upon delivery.

If any item arrives damaged or broken, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment and provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the inner and outer packaging
  • Photos of the shipping label (if applicable)

Claims submitted after 48 hours from the delivery date may not be accepted.

Damaged Shipments

If damage during transit is confirmed and the required documentation is provided within the specified timeframe, we will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates only. Mn Al Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier operational delays
  • Any circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Volumetric Weight

Shipping charges may be calculated based on either the actual weight or volumetric weight of the shipment. The higher of the two will be used for shipping purposes.

Cancellations and Returns

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been shipped.

Due to the fragile nature of ceramic products, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or an error has occurred on our part.
